1.How can I register for F.I.R.E. 9 Conference 2021?

  • Click on "Register Now" via this link.

  • Fill in your email address.

  • Choose your desired donation amount.

  • Enter your credit or debit card details (Please ensure that your debit card has been registered with your bank for online payments).

  • Enter your personal details and/or details of other participants you may be registering accordingly.

  • Review your personal details and donation details, before completing the registration.

  • Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Is there an admission fee?

The admission is by donation of RM50 and free for children (12 years of age and below). However, we do provide sponsorship for those who are committed to attend but may not be able to contribute RM50. Please reach out to us to find out more on the sponsorship.

3. I am having difficulties registering. What should I do? 

Make an online transfer to AmBank and attach the transaction slip together with the following details: 

  • Your Name

  • Contact number 

  • Email address 

  • Name of other participants 

  • Donation amount

4. What is included in the admission fee? 

  • A three-day pass 

  • Meals inclusive of lunch and tea for all three days

 

5. Can I register for just one day or one session?

We strongly encourage you to attend the conference for all 3 days. However, if you are unable to attend a session/day, your contribution will still be applicable. Please note that your registration will still be valid for the whole conference. 

 

6. Can I bring my child(ren)? Do I need to register my child(ren)? 

Child(ren) are welcome to join the conference. However, please register your child(ren) for catering purposes. 

 

7. Is there childcare available? 

While we love children, childcare isn't available during the conference.

 

8. I have dietary preferences. Can I bring my own food? 

Yes, you may bring your own food. 

 

9. Is there an age limit for attendees?

There is no age limit for the conference.

 

10. When does the conference start?

The first session of F.I.R.E. 9 Conference 2021 begins on Friday, 14 May 2021 at 10:00am (GMT+8). 

 

11. How can I receive my physical ticket? 

We will only be providing e-tickets as it is covid-friendly. You will be required to produce your e-tickets during registration.

 

12. How can I reserve seats to sit together?

The seating will be on a first come, first served basis.  

 

13. Will I be able to stay on my seat throughout the conference and leave my belongings to save my seat?

Due to covid, we will allow participants to save and remain in their seats. However, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. We will have a lost and found in the lobby. 

 

14. Will there be reserved seating for handicap accessibility? 

Yes, reserved seating will be available for those wheelchair bound and there is lift accessibility to the conference hall. Please contact us at +6019-733 7365 or email rock@kogsc.org for further assistance. 

 

15. I would like to be a financial blessing for someone who wishes to come but is unable to due to financial constraints. How can I bless them?

Please contact us at +6019-733 7365 or email rock@kogsc.org with the details of the transaction slip. We’ll take care of the rest!

 

16. My details are registered wrongly - can I change it? 

If you have submitted your registration, you would have received an autoresponder email with your details. Kindly forward the autoresponder with your new information to rock@kogsc.org. 

 

17. What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Admission fees are non-refundable, but transferable. All requests must be sent via email to rock@kogsc.org with the following new details (name, contact number and email address).


18. Can I watch the conference online?

It will not be streamed live. We highly encourage you to come and have a live encounter with God. 

  

19. Can I record the conference? 

You are strictly not allowed to record the sessions. 

 

20. Will the sessions be simultaneously translated in different languages?

The conference will be conducted fully in English. 

 

21. What are the best methods of public transportation to the venue? 

  • Grab 

  • LRT 

(i) You can take the LRT Kelana Jaya line and alight at Taman Jaya station (near Amcorp mall). Thereafter, you can Grab or take the Rapid KL Bus to KOGSC which is about a ten minutes away. 

(ii) You can take the LRT Kelana Jaya line and alight at Asia Jaya station (opposite Menara Axis). Thereafter, you can walk to KOGSC which is about fifteen minutes away.
